I reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services, and amend prices as necessary.
I will always give as much notice as possible of any change to the advertised event.
I accept no responsibility for information errors or website downtime.
This website and all images and text is my own work and subject to copyright. No part of this site may be reproduced in any form without express prior consent being sought.
Any unlawful or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to; unlawful behaviour, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, advertising.
I reserve the right to block and remove any user accounts where this is breached.
Whilst the utmost care is taken to ensure your safety and wellbeing at all events, by attending you agree that you are medically and mentally fit to attend. You will inform Judy Knight in advance of any health conditions which may impact your wellbeing in any way whilst participating in the event.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund policy for workshops and events:

Refunds will be given in the following terms:
Up to 28 days prior to event, a full refund will be given.
Up to 14 days prior to event, refund of the ticket price minus the deposit (£30) will be given.
Where less than 14 days notice is given the full amount is forfeit.
Where you are unable to attend you may transfer your booking to another person, by prior agreement.

Return and Refund policy for goods:

Bespoke drum orders are non-refundable, and non-returnable.
Non-bespoke drums, may be returned in perfect condition within 14 days for a full refund.
Where a return is requested the buyer is required to package the drum safely and cover the costs of return by recorded delivery.
Other items, unless bespoke orders, are refundable if returned within 14 days in unused condition.
Where an item is delivered damaged, please take photographs of the package, and the damage and email to allow for reimbursement. The buyer will be responsible for returning the item, along with its original packaging as above.
Items showing intentional damage will not be refunded.
