Our Mission
At GoWhereYouFlow, we strive to help you reduce stress, depression, anxiety and generally improve your wellbeing by combining relaxation and creativity.
Whether you choose to come along to one of our regular art and creativity for wellbeing sessions, join us for drum circle, or try your hand at drum making, you will join like minded people looking to relax and have fun!
Our Team
With a background of 10 years as a therapeutic counsellor, Judy Knight graduated from HICAT in 2023.
HICAT felt like a “missing link”; an enjoyable practice that could be built in to our modern, hectic lives. A proactive way to reduce stress, depression and anxiety.
GoWhereYouFlow was born out of Judy's passion to bring community and creativity to everyday life – using creativity to re-claim our innate calm and well-being

Through the sessions she has been privileged to witness how groups of strangers soon becoming communities, supporting, and encouraging one another.
Our Services
Rooted in Judy’s training as a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts facilitator, all events are created to provide safe, inclusive, welcoming spaces where you can relax, explore your creativity and reclaim your calm.
Judy is dedicated to providing personalised care and guidance to help you feel better and have fun with guided relaxation, creativity, drum circle and drum making.
Group and one to one sessions available.
Judy offers a range of creative and wellness activities from short workshops of art and creativity and drum circles, to longer day retreats and drum making workshops.
